Hello Zamora exchange policy and information on items:

*All once loved items are final sale.

* All accessories are final sale.

* All handmade items are final sale.

Exchanges only for "new" clothing and blankets must meet the following criteria.........

• Returned within 10 business days of receipt of your order.

• Items must be unworn, free of stains (make-up or otherwise) and free of odor.

• Must contain the attached exchange form. (send email to [email protected] for exchange form )

• If criteria is not met in full we reserve the right to refuse exchange on your item(s).

Exchanges

Since we have limited quantities we can not guarantee that we will have the same item of a different size in stock.  Because of this, we issue a store credit in the amount of your item.  Store credit can be used to purchase any item on the site and you agree to pay the difference of any additional items purchased. You are entitled to one exchange of the same item, if the item is available in your size.

Note: All sale items are not subject to exchange.

Shipping information: Your order will be shipped within two business days.  Hello Zamora will ship through USPS and is not responsible for lost or damage once it is in possession of the USPS.
